A. History and Development of the Company We are a global smart wearable and health technology leader. Since our inception in 2013, we have established a strong global presence, particularly in Europe and the U.S. To date, we have shipped over 200 million units of smart wearable devices and served more than 53 million users in over 90 countries with device activation in more than 150 countries. In December 2013, we commenced our operations in China with a focus on developing, manufacturing and selling smart wearable devices. A year later, in December 2014, we incorporated Zepp Health Corporation, previously knowns as Huami Corporation, in the Cayman Islands as our offshore holding company to facilitate financing and offshore listing.
