A. History and Development of the Company We commenced our operations in November 2013 through Beijing So-Young Technology Co., Ltd., or Beijing So-Young, a limited liability company established under the laws of mainland China, to provide medical aesthetic information. In April 2014, we incorporated So-Young International Inc., or So-Young Cayman, in the Cayman Islands as our holding company. In May 2014, So-Young Cayman established a wholly owned subsidiary, So-Young Hong Kong Limited, in Hong Kong, which in turn established So-Young Wanwei Technology Consulting Co., Ltd., or Beijing Wanwei, a wholly owned subsidiary in mainland China in July 2014.
