Overview Sui Group Holdings Limited, formerly known as Mill City Ventures III, Ltd., is a Minnesota corporation headquartered in Wayzata, Minnesota. We operated as a BDC until we withdrew our BDC election on December 27, 2019. Following the withdrawal of our BDC status, we operated as a publicly traded specialty finance company focused on short-term, non-bank lending solutions, which we refer to as our portfolio investment business.
