In connection with the completion of the Merger, we changed our name from “Pieris Pharmaceuticals, Inc.” to “Palvella Therapeutics, Inc.,” and our business became primarily the business conducted by Legacy Palvella. We are now a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing and, if approved, commercializing novel therapies to treat patients suffering from serious, rare skin diseases and vascular malformations for which there are no FDA-approved therapies.
