What Origin Investment Corp I does
General We are a blank check company incorporated on September 25, 2024 in Cayman Islands as an exempted company, incorporated for the purpose of effecting a merger, amalgamation, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses, which we refer herein as our “initial business combination” or “Business Combination.” The registration statement (File No. 333-284189) (the “Registration Statement”) for our initial public offering was declared effective on July 1, 2025 (the “IPO”). On July 3, 2025, we consummated the IPO of 6,000,000 units (the “Units”), at $10.00 per Unit, generating gross proceeds of $60,000,000. Each Unit consists of one ordinary share and one-half of one redeemable warrant.
