In November 2025, we amended our certificate of incorporation to change our corporate name from Altice USA, Inc. ("Altice USA") to Optimum Communications, Inc. On November 19, 2025, our Class A common stock began trading on the New York Stock Exchange ("NYSE") under the new ticker symbol "OPTU" (formerly "ATUS"). We are controlled by Patrick Drahi through Next Alt. S.à.r.l. ("Next Alt"), who also controls Altice Group Lux S.à.r.l., formerly Altice Europe N.V.
