I.Information on the Company Business overview Overview We are a leading large-scale, low-cost, integrated polymetallic producer, with zinc as our main product. We have over 65 years of experience developing and operating mining and smelting assets in Latin America. We currently own and operate five polymetallic mines – four long-life underground (two in the Central Andes region of Peru and two in Brazil, in the states of Minas Gerais and Mato Grosso), and one open-pit in the Central Andes region of Peru. The majority of our operations are large-scale, modern, mechanized mines. Our mines are located in close proximity to each other or to our smelters, creating synergies and operational efficiencies. Two of our mines, Cerro Lindo in Peru and Vazante in Brazil, are among the top 30 largest zinc-producing mines globally.
