We were incorporated under the laws of the State of Israel in 1994 as a subsidiary of Tadiran Ltd., an Israeli-based designer and manufacturer of telecommunications equipment, software and defence electronic systems, whose original business purpose was to adapt military-grade technologies for the civilian market. We are mainly engaged in the area of Telematics services, consisting of stolen vehicle recovery, fleet management services, connected cars, UBI, and other tracking services. We also provide telematics products used in connection with our Telematics services and various other applications. We currently primarily provide our services and sell and lease our products in Israel, Brazil, and other regions where we operate.
