(“TCI”), whose common stock is traded on the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) under the symbol “TCI”, is our controlling shareholder. As of December 31, 2025, TCI owned 84.6% of our stock and with its affiliates owned 91.2% of our common stock.
