ITEM 4.A. HISTORY AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE COMPANY We were incorporated as a company with limited liability under the Korean Commercial Code on April 4, 2000 under the legal name of Gravity Co., Ltd. On February 8, 2005, our ADSs, each representing one‑fourth of one share of our common stock, were listed on the NASDAQ Stock Market’s NASDAQ Global Market. Our ADSs each currently represent one share of our common stock, effective since August 27, 2018. Other than from November 26, 2014 through August 27, 2018 (during which period our ADSs were traded on the NASDAQ Capital Market), our ADSs have been traded on the NASDAQ Global Market under the symbol “GRVY.” In January 2015, we entered into a development agreement with Dream Square to develop and distribute in China two mobile games based on the contents of Ragnarok Online.
