History and Development of the Company History relating to our shares and certain financings We originally incorporated as Globus Maritime Limited on July 26, 2006 pursuant to the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 (as amended) and began operations in September 2006. Following the conclusion of our initial public offering on June 1, 2007, our common shares were listed on the London Stock Exchange’s Alternative Investment Market, or AIM, under the ticker “GLBS.L.” On July 29, 2010, we effected a 1-4 reverse stock split, with our issued share capital resulting in 7,240,852 common shares of $0.004 each.
