(the “Company,” “Farmers,” “we,” “our” or “us”), is a financial holding company that was organized as a one-bank holding company in 1983 under the laws of the State of Ohio and registered under the Bank Holding Company Act of 1956, as amended (the “BHCA”). The Company made the declaration to become a financial holding company in 2016.
