As of December 31, 2025, our shares were listed on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the symbol “FDUS.” FIC may make investments directly or through its two wholly-owned investment company subsidiaries, Fidus Mezzanine Capital III, L.P. (“Fund III”) and Fidus Mezzanine Capital IV, L.P.
