At the date of this MD&A, the Company’s operating gold mines are the Greenstone Mine (“Greenstone”) and Valentine Gold Mine (“Valentine”) in Canada, the Mesquite Mine (“Mesquite”) in the United States, and La Libertad Mine Complex (“Libertad”) and El Limon Mine Complex (“Limon”) in Nicaragua (together, the “Nicaragua Operations”). All of the Company’s mines are 100% owned.
