We were founded in November 2015 by Uzi Sofer, our Chief Executive Officer and Chairman, along with the inventors of the Alpha DaRT® technology including Professor Itzhak Kelson and Professor Yona Keisari of Tel Aviv University, our late Chief Physics Officer and current Chief Scientific Officer, respectively. Together, they founded Alpha Tau with the goal of bringing this innovative technology out of the laboratory and into patients, in order to bring hope to cancer patients around the world. We are registered with the Israeli Registrar of Companies. Our registration number is 51-534453-9.
